Gyoza is served with plenty of minced meat (usually pork), cabbage, Chinese cabbage, chive etc. Served with rice dumplings, miso soup, pickles
Gyoza is home cooking.
Seasoning and baking are different depending on each home and each region.
Make basic dumplings together. If you grasp the tips of how to bake, you can bake well and neatly.
If you wish, we will add more vegetables and make arranged dumplings.

Nice to meet you, I'm Sanae.
I live in Numazu, Shizuoka Prefecture. Numazu is a very nice place. It's a relaxing place where you can see Mt. Fuji up close, the ocean, and the mountains. You can get there in just over an hour by taking the Shinkansen from Tokyo. My home is 2km from Numazu Station. I'll pick you up at the station. Numazu is next to Mishima Station on the Shinkansen.
Lessons are held in small groups. Even one person is OK. Would you like to make it together?
After the lesson, if you wish, we will take you to Numazu fishing port while looking at Mt. Fuji from Senbonhama.
