In this cooking class, we make typical Japanese foods such as tempura, pork soup and rice. Tempura is fried with seasonal vegetables and shrimp. Pork soup is a miso soup made with plenty of vegetables and pork by taking dashi from bonito. White rice is delicious as it is, even if it is a rice ball.
