Sakura Mochi is a type of Japanese sweets. This is a confectionery made with flour and shiratama flour crepe, rolled with bean paste. In my house, I make this cake for Girl’s festival and cherry blossom viewing. Sakura mochi is usually rolled with salted cherry leaves, but it looks pretty, so I put cherry blossoms on it.

• Matcha Sakura Mochi

Matcha Sakura Mochi is Matcha flavored crepe rolled with bean paste .Matcha Sakura Mochi is The aroma of matcha and bittersweetness go well with sweet bean jam.

• Matcha

Matcha is made by powdering soft special tea leaves grown in the dark. Compared to ordinary tea, it has a sweeter, more aroma, and stronger umami. In my hometown of Matsue City, Shimane Prefecture, I drink matcha at regular tea times. Feel free to enjoy the taste of matcha without being restricted to difficult manners.
