Demi-sphere chocolate bonbons made with dark chocolate, and two fillings : ganache and praliné. This recipe contains nuts and dairy products, however a vegan version (only dark chocolate, and no dairy) can be made upon request.
In this class, you will create beautiful shining chocolate bonbons 100% from scratch! From molding the shells to making your fillings from primary ingredients, you will learn all the skills necessary to make your very own chocolates. Each participant will taste their creations as well as Edwart signature products, and take home a beautiful gift box of 16 bonbons in an Edwart gift bag. You will also receive a personalized diploma signed by your chef chocolatier, and the recipe.
