In this cooking class you will learn how to barbacue the traditional Argentinian cuts to perfection. Using a real barbacue with charcoal and different tipes of wood to give the meat the traditional flavor to success.
The class is 2 days long so you will try to do as many cuts as possible duriong thise two days. The main objective is to ensure that the meat is cook to perfection and the student can get the know how of how to do it in perfection.
