★★★★★Our day with Chef Ondrej was awesome! We had a great time in the market learning about local fresh ingredients and he even gave us items to find, which as a lot of fun. We went back to his kitchen and learned a lot of tips and techniques about chopping, etc,. A couple of us were better following directions than others but Chef was a great instructor. The food was incredible, he was an amazing host and we would schedule this first next time we are here!
