The first person to book in for a specific class will get to pick the 3 dishes that we shall make in the class.
When you book in I will contact you to let you know if the menu has already been selected for that particular class, or you can check that on my website.
You can pick which ever 3 dishes you like if the menu hasn't already been set, however you may not want to select 3 Thai curries as we'll also make the curry paste.
All of the dishes you can make you can see on my website, but I will also send through this list to you when you book. Some of the most popular dishes are Pad Thai, Green/Red/Massaman and Panang Curry, Stir Fired Chicken & Cashew Nuts, Papaya Salad (Som Tam), Mango & Stick Rice, Pad Kapow (Stir Fried Chili & Basil) Khao Soi plus lots more.
In my cooking class we will cook 3 Thai dishes, the dishes can be changed as there are other options available. My standard cooking classes start at 9:30am and 2pm from Monday through to Friday.
When you book in I will confirm the dishes that we shall be making with you if they have already been selected or send you the menu of available dishes so that you can pick. If you want to make specific dishes I'll let you know when there is a class available where the dishes haven't yet been selected so you can pick what you would like to make.
When you arrive at my house for the course we'll first start off by deciding if you would like to cook all of the dishes at the same time or one at a time (it may depend on how hungry you are).
Then we shall start going through the ingredients for the dishes and cooking them, either one at a time or all at once.
When I teach you to make the dishes I will also explain what ingredients can be left out or substituted as I know that you may not be able to get all of the dishes in your home country.
Then after cooking either all of the dishes or after each one you'll get to eat what you have made.
After the class I will send you all of the recipes for the dishes that you have made so that you can make them when you return home, so you don't need to worry about making notes whilst you are taking the course.
The cooking class usually takes around 3 hours, but the time does vary depending on the dishes that you make.
