One of the most favorites treats of Peruvians, created in Ica - Peru. Made with chocolate, blancmange (Dulce de leche) and pecan.
1) You will start in the cooking class checking the recipe and making a shopping list for the market.
2) You will try some exotic fruits of the season.
3) You will walk with the Chef to the central local market near by to get the missing ingredient for the menu.
4) You will be back to the kitchen to cook the menu.
5) Finally, you will enjoy eating the menu you made like dining in a restaurant.
Hi. My name Pedro Fredy Quiñonez Nina, everyone calls me Fredy. I have been interested in cooking since I was 8 years old, I still remember when I prepared my first meal that I made at this age, my interest in cooking has grown over time, so one of the things I liked to do was watch series cooking on TV with the help of these and my dad who also taught to me deep traditional secrets I learned to cook Peruvian food, I took cooking lessons and worked in restaurants, I really liked the idea of having some cooking classes and today I own “Pete Peruvian Cooking Classes” Since 2014, to date I still cook almost every day, it is a pleasure for me to point out that we have an effective team of collaborators who are passionate about Peruvian culture, whose objective is that you enjoy Peru through its cuisine and who make our cooking classes are fun, educational and above all delicious!
