In tihs cooking class, we can cook Authentic Sri Lankan dishes by getting a practical experience of how to cook Sri Lankan dishes. Practical activities include: Scraping coconut, cutting vegetables, stumping spices in the pestel motor and many other activites that you would love to do !!
All my guests can participate for each activity. Some times it can be tired and busy; but it's so fun.

On your request my husband "Rohan", will take you to the market. Then you can get good knowledge about Sri Lankan fruits and vegetables.

Hello.My name is Sulochana.I use only clay stuffs; delicately glazed. Fired clay pots and handmade spoons out of coconut shells and wood handles to spice up the dish. preserve the incredible smell and taste in daily cocking and serving.
it's a huge and excising on 1st day for everyone myself included. But it's a blessing and privilege i must say for being able to show my cooking in its origin from at my fully earth worn kitchen at Thotupola Residence. My friend tourists and anyone who read this on any social media or internet i do invite to visit and try out with or without your cooking appliances or groceries. I'm waiting with my arms wide open to take you through this unique Sri Lankan traditional journey of Cookery.
