We meet people around 10 am and we go to the market together to buy the ingredients for our cooking class. We buy just local and seasonal food, from the bread to the fish to the vegetables ( meat option too or veggie ). Then we walk to our beautiful appartment with a gorgeous view on in San Domenico square; we start soon with a welcome drink: a glass of good sicilian wine, an then we go on preparing our nice lunch (option dinner too). During the cooking class we go on tasting a selection of sicilian wines and local specialities (special local tags :''dop'' and ''docg'' products such as olives, cheeses, meats and an excellent extra virgin olive oil we produce in our farm with a special bread from Monreale).
After about 2 hours and a half we have lunch all together, with a choice of 6 very good sicilian wines, and at the end, after the cake and our homemade Limoncello, we release for each partecipant a diploma, signed by the chef!
