Spring rolls
In a cup, stir together the soy sauce, vinegar, fish sauce (if using), and sugar. Place rice noodles, shrimp, bean sprouts, Thai basil, coriander, carrots, and spring onions in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the soy sauce mixture over. Toss to mix. Then form the rolls and boil it in little bit oil, until it get crunchy.

Seafood Salad
This Thai salad, known as Pah Talay, is made with fresh shrimp and squid that has been marinated in lime juice, then blanched for just a bit in boiling water. The result are squid rings that are soft and delicious, and shrimp that are plump and juicy. We toss these together with lots of sliced onion, shallots, lemongrass, green onion, garlic, mint, and cilantro. The base for the salad dressing is Nam Prik Pao, our chili sauce that's made with fire-roasted ingredients and is bursting with rich, earthy, smokey, and sweet flavors. This is not your grandma's seafood salad, and you simply must give it a try.

Thai Panang Curry
Phanaeng, also spelled phanang, panang, and other variants is a type of red Thai curry that is thick, salty and sweet, with a nutty peanut flavor. You serve it with rice and chicken or vegetable.

Green Curry
Green curry is considered the most popular curry in Thai cuisine. The green color of Thai green curry sauce has become more vibrant over the years with the addition of fresh coriander (cilantro), kaffir lime leaf and peel, and basil. These herbs are combined with fresh green chilies and several other ingredients such as lemongrass, fish sauce, garlic, ginger, and shallots.

Tom Kha Gai
Tom Kha Gai is a popular Thai soup, that's eaten more like a curry. The base of the dish is coconut milk, with vegetables and chicken, so it's creamy and rich. It's not known as being a spicy Thai dish, but it's still full of delicious and well balanced flavor.

Tom Yam Gung
Tom Yam Gung, or spicy shrimp soup, is the number one of the top ten Thai dishes loved by foreigners, according to a recent investigation. And in fact, it is one of the most favourite dishes for Thai people as well. It is simply because it is so delicious for its unique sour and spicy taste that you will certainly need it more and more if you try it just once.

Fried prawns in tamarind sauce
The combination of palm sugar, fish sauce and tamarind puree provides the perfect balance of sweet, salty and sour that Thai cuisine strives for.

Pad Thai
It is a noodle stir fry dish traditionally made up of rice noodles, shrimp, tofu, eggs and a deeply flavored, sweet and sour sauce. The sauce is usually consists of ingredients such as fish sauce, tamarind paste, dried shrimp and palm sugar. You’ll find tender pieces of chicken and lots of fresh vegetables and it’s all tossed with the most crave-worthy sauce, and of course, finished with an abundance of crunchy peanuts.

Dessert with coconut milk.
