CookInn Taiwanで一番人気のこのクラスは、３時間の余裕あるタイムスケジュールで行います。小籠包、台湾牛肉麺、季節の野菜料理の３種類のお料理とタピオカミルクティーを作ります。小籠包はもちろん生地から、タピオカミルクティーはシェイクのコツまで伝授します。シェフからテクニックと食材にまつわる「物語」を学ぶことで、台湾料理の美味の真髄を体感できるクラスとなっています。

* 12歳以上を対象とした講座となりますが、大人が同伴する7歳以上12歳未満のお子様は半額、7歳未満のお子様は受講者1名につきお1人無料で参加可能です。
