２時間のレッスンでは、その３つの本格的台湾小吃をつくります。刈包はバンズの作り方からお教えします。また、台湾式ルーローを美味しく作る秘訣もこの機会にしっかりマスターしてしまいましょう。さらにミルクティーに入れる手作りモッチモチの黒糖タピオカは、添加物なしで安心・安全。台湾小吃の味と文化を知りたい方は、ぜひ「台湾の小吃（シャオチー）料理クラス」にどうぞ。
