CookInn Taiwanで一番人気のこのクラスは、2時間の余裕あるタイムスケジュールで行います。小籠包、季節の野菜料理の2種類のお料理とタピオカミルクティーを作ります。小籠包はもちろん生地から、タピオカミルクティーはシェイクのコツまで伝授します。シェフからテクニックと食材にまつわる「物語」を学ぶことで、台湾料理の美味の真髄を体感できるクラスとなっています。
