Ingredients

7. Turmeric powder

Instructions
1. Cut chicken to small pieces and wash with pure water.
2. Pound onion, garlic and ginger in mortal.
3. Then put peanut oil in pot and when oil is ready to cook,
4. Put turmeric powder, chili powder, pounded onion, garlic and ginger.
5. Then put chicken in to the pot and after 20 minutes when chicken is done, put gourd in pot. After 30 minutes, add Masala, Chicken curry with gourd is ready to eat.

We started this cooking class since 2014 and almost all of our clients are very happy with our activity. LFE is the best place to learn Myanmar Traditional Dishes and ways of life in Mandalay Region.
Itinerary
The program of cooking class is after negotiating everything with our clients, after breakfast at hotel we starts our activities with our guide and driver picking the clients up from the hotel, going to the market, buying foodstuffs. Then our team goes to jetty and joins the boat waiting for us. And disembark at Thonesepay village it takes about 90 minutes. Ox cart driver will escort us to meet the local chiefs and organize for lunch. There is a small farm in the compound of class so we can pick up fresh vegetable, herbs and spices to get ingredients. We both select recipe based on menu and cook together under the controlling of our expert chef after that share lunch experience on table Mannering. After you enjoy the lunch you have cooked, you will have time to explore the village with your guide. You will observe the making of local products, see some plantations, and visit a 200-year-old monastery. After the village visit, you will get back on the boat and head to Mandalay, stopping en route at Mingun, where you can see The World’s Biggest Bell, Phahtotawgyi pagoda (the “unfinished pagoda”) and Myatheindan Pagoda. Be overnight at Mandalay.

He is a tour guide and also he founded Travel Company and has been arranging thousand wonderful tours for several clients. Moreover he has searched what is the best way to promote his native village. Recently he has introduced this product and started to bring his clients there as a guide and organized this project strong with villagers. By touring this cooking class for a day, the clients will see everything. They will be recalling this memory forever and they can tell that they have been to Myanmar and have enjoyed life here with Myanmar people.
