Bio
I was born in Varese in the late eighties and grew up in a very simple family, even regarding cooking. And it is precisely here that my great love for good food is born. For many years the ingredients that influence my recipes had Mediterranean flavors and aromas. In Varese I attend the institute for Business Experts, where I study three languages that also help me today in my work as a Chef at Home. After graduating I decided to dedicate myself to work and in 2013 I moved to Milan to discover a new city. Here I attend a specialized course where I graduate with top marks as a professional cook. I then continue to attend refresher courses at renowned academies, such as that of Gualtiero Marchesi, one of the most famous Italian chefs. Soon after the Chef’s diploma, with great satisfaction in my heart, I decide to gather experience in kitchens of all kinds: from the tavern to the gourmet restaurant, to create and refine my cuisine. Today it has in fact become a combination of knowledge, flavors, journeys and endless readings in the culinary and nutritional fields. After a long time training I decide to start with my new project as a Chef at Home. Today, after 6 years, I dedicate myself completely to my Personal Chef career for private events, corporate events, cooking lessons, parties and team building, in Italian and English.
