In the cooking class we ensure the guests get a good demonstration cooking class in the dishes chosen and then we have a participation cooking class. We also have a brief introduction to the different spices and ingredients those go in preparing the dishes. The entire cooking class is held in a fun filled environment in a garden gazebo. The helping staff is always around to give all the support to the guests.
My name is Rita Shinde. I am from the state of Goa (India) which is a well known tourist destination. I am a passionate home-educated chef. I love to teach exclusive Goan Cuisine as well regional Indian delicacies. I also love to impart education in preparation of Indian Flat Bread. I love to interact with people from across the globe over culinary history and culture. Goa is not only known as a tourist destination but also well known for its' Cuisine. The blend and flavour of spices and fresh ingredients are aromatic and I impart education also in the art of preparing masala, curries and chutneys.
