The course lasts about 3 hours + lunch with the fruit of your labor.

I have been the founder of "Cuoche in Vacanza" (Chef for Vacation) for 10 years: private cooking classes and dinners directly to your villa in Tuscany.
I'm a professional Chef (Certificate Italian Chef Academy in Florence) and a professional Sommelier (Certificate Italian Federation Sommeliers Hoteliers and Restaurateurs). I'm also a proud manager for the Slow Food association (Good, Clean and Fair Food).
I have been the owner for 1 year of a newly renovated stone house that's a Cooking-School and a B&B, near Lucca. Here you can learn to make a typical Italian or Tuscan menu and of course fresh handmade pasta. My culinary philosophy is based on the seasonality and freshness of the ingredients.
My biggest goal? being able to have my students re-create the same flavors they tasted here at the course once they arrived in their country.
