- Fish Stew ( using the Portuguese tradition Cataplana to cook );
- Meat Balls ( based on poultry )
- Farófias or Orange Roll or Almonds Cake;
Menu can change according the health restrictions or religious restrictions of the participants.
After the arrival you will visit one of the thirdteen local markets in Lisbon . From the short walk from our facilities to the local market, you will walk around 10 minutes.
At the market, our chef will explain the diversity of ingredients mainly used on Portuguese gastronomy. Its time to observe the freshness of the ingredients. We will have the responsabillity to acquire the ingredients and after that we will return to our facilities. Its time to start to cook.
After the briefing, the chef will assign tasks. Portuguese gastronomy its not complex, in fact it is east going, mainly comfort food.
The menu is ready? Perfect, its time to have lunch, chat, engage with other participants and enjoy your food. Along the class, we will serve some beverages ( olives, premium olive oil tasting, bread ) and also something to drink from the several options.
