You will be introduced to the recipes, the spices and herbs that make them what they are and the methods involved. Then the group will be broken up and individuals tasked with prep work to do at their individual prep stations. Then we will come together at the central bench to compile and cook the dishes. Finally, on completion of all 5 recipes, you will sit down to enjoy a delicious lunch.
