It is one of the most traditional and flavorful dishes of the Spanish gastronomy. A basic dish of local cuisine based on potatoes, eggs, onions and green peppers. Its elaboration is fun and the result is always pleasant. I have not yet met anyone who does not like to eat a Spanish omelet.
In this cooking class, in the company of a local chef, you will put the apron to have fun, experiencing how to make a delicious and classic "Spanish Potato tortilla" together. You will learn to cook the best tortilla, while you discover our incredible gastronomic culture.
We will start, peeling the potatoes and dividing them, like the pepper and the onion. To cook everything, together with some garlic in a large frying pan and then mix it with the eggs, to finish cooking everything, in a small and very deep frying pan. And now comes the most fun and technical, but don't worry. I will give you the necessary secrets to be able to turn the omelette, without it sticking to the pan or everything falling to the ground.
As we are going to cook together, during the process of elaboration, you could ask me the curiosities or doubts you have, so that I can answer you.
