The cooking class lasts 3 hours - 3,5 hours followed by the lunch/dinner
In the morning session after lunch we will have a walk in the wood.
You will learn how to prepare some iconic Italian dishes, the region they come from, and the origins.
This is a hands-on cooking class, but you don't need any specific cooking skills.
Different cooking classes menu can be arranged: vegan, gluten free, focused on dishes from one Italian region or another, etc.
