Nice to meet you♡
My name is Yuko.

Since my son was a junior high school student, I taught international students how to cook as a host family, and in 2007 I started holding cooking classes at my home.

The international students who came to our home,
Since I started giving priority to Japanese-style dashi, which is the basics of Kyoto cuisine, I have been teaching lessons based on cooking using dashi.

I would like everyone to learn about Japanese home cooking and the wonderful culture of Japan.

I would like you to experience Ichiju-Sansai-Style Japanese dish which is the traditional and basic style of Japanese food.
In addition, I provide rice, vegetables and eggs using locally produced locally and harvested in Kyoto.

I will make it carefully using Kyoto's commitment materials.
Enjoy the Taste of home cooking.

I provide basic and traditional Japanese food which can be easily made so that you can cook even after you go back to your country.

Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.

Cooking Class Information

This menu is full of vegetarians. Although it is a squeezed residue of tofu, it is a food stuffed with a lot of nutrition. Kyoto has the best custom since the end of the month. It is also a popular side dish to be able to supply isoflavones that are pleasing to women of various diets by changing the ingredients. It is an item that you can enjoy the feeling and taste.
