This is one of my most favourite Japanese cosines. It's kind of like pancake for dinner. Basically We just mix a lot of vegetables with flower. Super simple!
Pork berry Kakuni
Super cheap and easy! Massive marinated pork is here!!!! Soak with special soy sauce-based then boid it. That's it!
You can enjoy with ramen or just a bowl of rice!
In this class, you can make Okonomiyaki and Kakuni pork belly together in one hour half. Firstly, We are gonna prepare massive pork belly and make some special souse for that then we boil it about an hour.
Secondly, I cut some vegetables small size, gently. And combined with some flower, soy souse, cut vegetables and more. Then we fly it both side on the pan for 10min.
You can put Okonomiyaki-souse if you have or just gravy souse with mayonnaise on the top. It's ready to serve!!
In the end, we pick up boiled pork belly from the pot. You can eat, immediately but I recommend you after keep it in the fridge one night, it taste match milder and better.
