During the class you will learn which kind of flour to choose for the gnocchi, how to prepare the dough and how to cook them.
We will prepare the sauce using fresh, seasonal ingredients.
The dessert is a staple of my kitchen repertoire. A moist, dark chocolate cake perfect in any moment of the day.
