Usually, my mother prepares Pizza for my family once a week and her traditional recipe is a true blessing for every Pizza lover! However, during these bizarre times, the making of pizza at home is increasing (and we are not complaining). Being Neapolitans, our favorite pizza is the classic Margherita and this is the one we are going to make! I am very looking forward to let you meet my beloved, 100% Neapolitan Mamma, to share every secret: from the original recipe to the making of the dough, you will be amazed on how much authenticity you can learn, even at home (kids would love this) ! Of course, the result will never be the same as the pizza we eat in a Pizzeria, however, in this online experience, you have the opportunity to get very close! We are going to use the average house oven to make sure that everybody can attend. We are going to cook our pizza altogether, in the meantime, questions are always very welcome!
