In this class, you can learn how to make crunchy outside and juicy inside Tonkatsu, and how to make Japanese creamy curry from scratch. We use curry powder and some secret flavors for making curry. The compatibility of curry and tonkatsu is outstanding !
After the class, you will receive a recipe booklet to recreate your dishes again and again.
