・Makisushi (Norimaki)
We will teach you how to make vinegared rice for sushi rolls. Spread the vinegared rice on the seaweed, put the ingredients on it and let’s make your own sushi roll!

・Tempura
Everyone can cook delicious tempura with any ingredients if you have my best recipe.

・Kamameshi
Kamameshi is a traditional Japanese rice (Meshi) dish cooked in an ceramic pot (Kama). We will serve luxurious ingredients (roasted meat, shrimp, omelet, boiled shiitake mushrooms, etc.) on top of rice.

・Curry
Japanese-style curry is getting popular in the world. We will teach you how to cook tasty Japanese-style curry. In addition, we can teach you Thai green curry, red curry or Indian spinach curry if you desire.

・Misokatsu (Pork Cotelette with Miso Source)
Misokatsu, a Nagoya specialty, is a fried pork with miso sauce. We will give you a tip to make cotelette crunchy and an excellent miso source recipe.

・Karaage(fried chicken)
Our fried chicken is marinated with various kinds of spices to make the taste spicy and complicated.

    Tempura (天ぷら) is a classical Portuguese dish brought to and popularized by Japan, consisting of seafood or vegetables that have been battered and deep fried. Tempura is a typical home-style cooking in Japan. It is often referred to as a representative dish to Japan. Although there are various theories, it is said that Tokugawa Ieyasu, the general of the Edo period, liked tempura so much that he allegedly died from eating too much.

  • Karaage

    Karaage

    Japanese fried chicken, karaage is made by marinating bite-size pieces of chicken in sake, soy sauce, ginger and garlic before coating them generously with potato starch. When fried, the starch turns into an ultra crispy shell encasing a flavorful juicy bite of chicken. Absolutely great with beer.

This is a cooking class given by Kazue Ito, a cooking teacher in Nagoya. Kazue learned cooking from all over the world and can cook any food delicious! We will teach you from the very basic to advanced. We also offer Japanese tableware (Kutaniyaki, Arita yaki, Minoyaki, etc.), Western tableware, and tableware purchased overseas. We cook delicious, arrange beautifully and give you joyful time. Let's enjoy cooking with the five senses together!
