☆ Tofu Miso soup (based on Dashi)
= Miso soup is traditional soup for Japanese.
Miso soup is based on Dashi. (Dashi is Japanese fish soup stock )
☆ Chicken Teriyaki
= Very tasty Chicken Teriyaki is seasoned with soy sauce, sugar, Mirin.
☆ Rice with Japanese pot (土鍋 )
= Rice is cooked by Japanese pot.
☆ Komatsuna ( Leafy vegetables side dish)
= A side dish of boiled Komatsuna seasoned with soy sauce.
Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.
Miso soup is a traditional Japanese soup. It's base is "dashi" (Japanese fish stock) and Miso paste. Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
In this class, we can cook Japanese traditional dishes and soup.
Firstly, we cook Dashi.
Dashi is Japanese fish soup stock and use this for many dishes.
Meanwhile, we also cook Rice with pot.
I will teach you some point for cooking delicious rice with pot.
Also, we cook Chicken and vegetable side dish.
