I'll be hosting an online session on making Samosa. The good old traditional styled with methods on making them based from three different regions of India. From making the perfectly crisp pastry dough, a soft and tasty filling to frying them accompanied with making two of those standard Indian condiments to go with; and have a virtual taste session, we'll do it all.
We'll talk about Samosas, have attendees talk about their most loved samosa filling and discuss different recipes we could make these scrumptious snacks in.
I would be very happy to share my experience making samosa, talking about how each one of you got your liking of a samosa and more. We'll also take a walk around different regions of India understanding different flavours each region infuses in these. Samosas play a very important role in India, from being a mere street snack to being the stand out host for guests at special occasions like weddings.
This snack is a must have in your freezer for your busy WorkFromHome days, movie nights, Sunday brunches, or simply lazy evenings.

Shubham
I have been cooking since the age of 14 & have been around commercial kitchens ever since. What started as a passion to help my mother have an additional source of income from selling two-three meals on the street side grew up to a business based across three cities in India serving almost 13,000 people every day on an average.
The pandemic had all of us bringing our creative minds to work, thus leading me to come up with this idea of having a cook series based on traditional Indian Food, share my skills while talking to various people about their pleasures at Indian Food.
