In this cooking class, we can cook butter chicken and jeera rice.
Butter chicken is the most popular dish around the world because of its creamy & flavourful. It consists of cinnamon, cardamon, cloves, garlic, ginger, onions, tomatoes, cashews/peanuts & butter. Vegetarians can substitute chicken with paneer/tofu/potatoes.
Jeera rice tastes nicer with butter chicken and its cooked in ghee/butter with very minimum of spices. It has the flavour of cumin seeds and coriander.
