Kaiseki Ryori
Kaisei Ryori was produced by Tea master” Sennorikyu” in 16C. the honor of Tea party served guests food that was called “ Kaiseki Ryori”, but base of KAISEKI came from 懐石(warmup stone)
Priest tried to warm up with warm stone putting of theKimono pocket at check when they have had hard training without food.
"Warmup your heart with Kaiseki!. Then it turned to Kaiseki Ryori(懐石料理).
Simple Kaiseki is 5 menus. Formal Kaiseki Ryori has 12 menu, all menu are simple and healthy food. My even expect 3 -4 hours . I arrange and bring 8 menu among them.
Osechi Ryori:
Celebrate five grain and rich food of the year with sardine, because we have had good harvest used sardine as fertilizer long time ago.
I will show five menu from Osechi.

DATE” means gorgeous, datemaki looks like Scroll of books, or looks like roll of clothe Kimono, so that hoping you will have good education and enough clothe.
. Chiken Hachiman Roll.
This is cuisine of Hachiman in Kyoto. Burdock and eel are well known at Hachiman in Kyoto. Original is roll burdock with eel, but we use chicken or beaf instead of eel now. Main ingredient of this menu is burdock. Burdock is thin and long, so we hope simply long and happy life .
