Take an online cooking class with me and learn how to cook delicious Sushi at home!
Sushi requires no introduction, and it's usually the first thing people associate with Japanese cuisine. What many people don't know however, is that the sushi in Japan is very different to what we usually find here in the West. My aim is to show you how the Japanese approach sushi, and in the class we will make everything from scratch.
I teach mainly traditional sushi, with a few modern versions to satisfy the mayonnaise lovers. Most classes consist of a selection of maki rolls, but if you have a particular preference, just mention it when booking. I can also teach temaki, gunkan, hakozushi, sashimi and tataki.
I am certified by the All Japan Sushi Association, and have previously participated in the World Sushi Cup in Tokyo in 2016.

Hi! My name is Joe Kimura. I started Kimura's Kitchen as a Japanese Cooking School in 2015. In my online cooking school, you can learn to make amazing sushi, ramen, tempura, udon, okonomiyaki and much more, directly from a talented chef who's worked with many of the big names in the food industry, and with 18 years experience. My Cooking Classes are all held Online, and are available anywhere in the world. All you need is a kitchen and an internet connection! The duration of my classes are approximately 90 minutes.
