Home made tofu and vegetable tempra with brawn rice and miso soup.

Tofu which is made with soya milk at home. Vegetables which are growing in Kamakura, uses for tempra. The side dish is the homemade pickles “Nukazuke” which is traditional pickles made with rice bran. The dessert, I can offer is the sweets which is made with tofu and miso.

Hi, I am tama having Japanese traditional cooking lessons at home which focus on naturopath point of view. I can also introduce you the Japanese home made cooking as well as the traditional customs.
