In this Fusion cooking class, we will cook together Indian Curries and some street food specialities like momos .
Indian curry is very famous among people in Japan but mostly restaurants are serving it the non traditional way .
I will teach you small and smart tips to get the perfect taste and balance of spices to make a delicious curry.
Along with teaching you how to cook, I am also going to teach you the benefits of using Indian spices in food and how it can help in curing several diseases and keeping you healthy.
At the end of the class, I would love to enjoy eating what we cooked together and talk about different cultures and traditions around the world.
