a) Kerala style Chicken Stew (Coconut milk chicken curry)
b) Chicken Pepper roast (Gravy based chicken recipe)
c) Prawn Moilee (Coconut milk based mild curry)
d) Kerala style Chicken roast (Slow dry roasted chicken)
e) Kerala style Egg roast (Semi-dry egg side dish)
f) Keema Curry (Indian curry made of ground meat and minced vegetables)
g) Beef Kurma (A rich and comforting curry made with coconut milk and cashew paste)
h) Mutton Stew (Mutton cooked in coconut milk and spices. )
i)Paneer butter masala (Rich & creamy curry made with paneer, spices, onions, tomatoes, cashews, and butter)

    Rice is a staple food in Japan. In all most every family, there is a rice cooker. There is variety of Japanese rice brands such as Koshihikari and Hitomebore.

Cooking Class Information

In this class we will cook together 3 recipes each from main dish category, curry categor and side dish category. I am also open to teach any specific request of vegetarian/non vegetarian recipe which is not included in the list.
As the class will be conducted online all the ingredients required will be sent via email.

I can also share you the details where you can get the ingredients to prepare Indian recipes in Tokyo and Kanagawa.
