This is a creamy, rich and smooth curry. It’s made on special occasions and to treat guests. You will be surprised to see how simple it is to cook. You can add tofu, chicken, Paneer, boiled eggs or vegetables to this one recipe and serve variations. It will be a perfect blend of spices and many ingredients. It will be a celebration right from the chopping to chewing, from cooktop to the dining table.
You will make the curry and then you can add Chicken, boiled eggs, Tofu, Tempeh or Paneer. It all goes wonderfully with the curry, so pick whatever you fancy. Of course also a vegan friendly or nut-free version is possible. In this Workshop you will learn all the tips and tricks that make the difference to serve and enjoy a really good curry.
