Join us in a traditional, family-owned pizzeria located in the historic center of Naples. Our cozy and authentic setting is the perfect place to learn the art of pizza making from local pizzaiolo (pizza makers) who have been perfecting their craft for generations.
You'll start the experience by meeting us and getting to know the group. After a 1 minute walk, you will get into one of the most typical pizzeria of Napoli and start getting your hands dirty and learn how to make the perfect dough using only the finest, locally sourced ingredients. We will teach you the traditional techniques for stretching and shaping the dough, and how to create the iconic "cornicione" (raised edge) that characterizes a true Neapolitan pizza.
Next, you will learn about the various toppings and sauces that are traditionally used in Neapolitan pizza, and how to properly balance the flavors. You will have the opportunity to create your Margherita or Marinara with the master Pizzaiolo offering guidance. Pro tip: do taste all the ingredients!
Once your pizza is ready, it will be cooked in the oven, and thanks to specific tools and expert hands, you will experience the authentic Neapolitan way. After your pizza is cooked to perfection, you will enjoy it with a drink of your choice (glass of wine or beer included), and savor the delicious taste of a true Neapolitan pizza.
