大阪の自宅と少し離れた山の中と、素晴らしいロケーションに家があります。
希望に応じてどちらでもお料理教室を体験できます。山の中のお家では、一緒に野草を摘み野草料理を作って楽しむことができます。大阪の家では、摘んできた野草を使い一緒に野草茶や野草料理を作ることができます。
旬の新鮮な野菜を使ってお料理をします。
日本の発酵食、保存食の文化を紹介したいです。 これからの生き方に役に立つ知恵があるかもしれません。
