Our house has a tea room where you can sit on the tatami mats and enjoy the tea ceremony.

The Japanese tea ceremony is a centuries-old tradition closely tied to Zen Buddhist principles, and a popular way to experience Japanese culture. There are several variations on this ritual. At its base, powdered green tea (matcha) is prepared and served in accordance with strict rules. Oftentimes, wagashi (Japanese sweets) is served alongside the bitter green tea.
You can come wearing kimono, or can come wearing casual style.
Since you will be sitting on the tatami mats, it would be better to wear clothes that are long enough so that your leggs were hidden.
When you get tired, you can sit as you like.
You can have two bowls of tea or more. Confectionaries would be the best memories for you.
