In this cooking class, you learn to cook Ecuadorian dishes together. You will visit Maria’s home and make the most Ecuadorian delicious food.
It takes two hours: in one hour we will prepare the ceviche and llapingacho, the most popular meals in Ecuador. We will cook the shrimps for the ceviche and make the sauce for the ceviche. Peel the potatoes and cook them. We make the shape of the tortillas and fry with the rest of the ingredients: egg and sausage. We cut the avocado, tomato and lettuce.
