The cooking class includes:
- fresh egg pasta class with your hands on the making of tagliatelle and ravioli, the most traditional shapes of fresh egg pasta in ITALY;
- lunch with what you have prepared topped with two different vegetables sauces: tomatoes sauce for spaghetti and butter and sage for ravioli; in summer we can prepare also pesto sauce.
In winter it is possible to prepare tiramisù dessert.
Local wine, mineral water, dessert, and a lot of fun are included.
This is a Vegetarian menù .
I also teach decoration of dishes with speciale sauces.
