- fresh egg pasta class made with your hands making fettuccine and bigoli, the most traditional shapes of fresh egg pasta in ITALY;
- lunch with what you have prepared topped with two different vegetables sauces: tomatoes sauce for spaghetti and anchovy and onions for bigoli or oil, garlic and Chili for vegetarian.
Local wine, mineral water and a lot of fun are included.
