Our cooking classes include all levels of cooking, from beginner to expert.
Guests will learn from Lucrezia or Francesca a four-course menu, from starter to dessert. The highlight of the cooking class will be homemade pasta, from the fine dough to its making. But everything is important, our aim is to make you feel at home and pass on all the basics of Italian cuisine.

I am an energetic and sunny swing dancer and saxophonist.
I was born in Puglia and moved to Tuscany where I graduated with a Master's degree in Management & Governance from the University of Siena.
After a period of study in Ireland, I returned to Italy to work first in high jewellery and then in the management of a Cooking & Event school.
Among my greatest passions is that for the ancient culinary traditions handed down by my mother and grandmother, with whom I used to spend Sundays cooking in our country house.
Now I am passionately dedicated to my project - Opera in The Kitchen - which combines cooking and music, in harmony with nature.
