“Dekomaki” is a cutely decorated sushi roll. We make sushi that looks gorgeous while combining ingredients. Somen is Japanese noodles. It is a new style of eating bonito and kelp soup with olive oil.
In this class, you will make your own sushi roll. Using a traditional Japanese tool, you can put the ingredients on top of the seaweed and roll it yourself.
There is a trick to how to boil somen noodles. Together, you will learn how to make thin yet chewy noodles.
In addition, you can enjoy the taste experience created by the combination of dashi and olive oil while tasting.
