Idli and Dosa:
Idli and Dosa made with soaked indian rice with lentils (Urad dal) we have to make in paste and have to ferment for atleast one night. While making Idli and Dosa we are using pinch of salt with Ghee(Clarified Butter).
Medu Vada:
Medu Vada is made with Soaked Urad Dal(lentil) with chopped onions,Black paper, salt and fresh Curry leaves. Have to make in soft paste and give round shape with hand fry!
Sambhar(Lentil Soup):
We have to boil lentil in pressure cooker.
Boil some Indian vegetables like Drumsticks,Shallots,Elephant Yam, French beans, garlic with some spice. Mix with dal and give tadka with mustard seeds and curry leaves.
Coconut chutney:
Coconut chutney made with Coconut , fried gram Beans, fresh green Chili curry leaves and water (yogurt is optional)
Onion Tomato chutney:
This chutney made with onion, Tomatoes, fresh curry leaves and with other spices.

We will make Sambhar (Lentil soup together) so guests will make soup with spices.
For Dosa, Guests will try to spread Dosa better on cooking pan and will try the shape!
For Idli: we will use Idli stand and pour the better together in stand.
For Medu Vada:
Guests will learn trick to wet hands and hold Vada better in hand, make the hole in vada and try to fry it!
Coconut Chutney:
Will check ingredients, put in mixture jar And make it in paste!
Onion Tomato Chutney:
With shallow fry Onions, Tomatoes, fresh Curry Leaves, and spices together and will make chutney together!
In last,Guests will learn how to make Indian tea!
