We do takoyaki every weekend!
We teach you how to make delicious takoyaki that are not listed on the package!
Let's enjoy takoyaki party together!
Rice with Shirasu
We make rice mixed with shirasu (baby sardine) in a soy sauce base.
It is a famous food in Japan.
It is very easy to make！
Let's make together the fluffy omelet that you put in your lunch box every day!
Make takoyaki dough
Add more water to the takoyaki flour than the amount of water used. This will make the inside of the takoyaki tender and the outside crispy.
Pour the batter into the takoyaki machine, add the dregs and octopus, and bake.
When eating, pour sauce and mayonnaise over the takoyaki.
Rice cooked with shirasu
Cook rice with soy sauce, mirin and soup stock.
Add shirasu to the cooked rice and mix well.
Add soup stock, mirin, sugar and soy sauce to eggs and fry them in a square pan.
My husband and I were studying in Canada.
We had a homestay experience there and met many wonderful people.
Now we would like to become a host family, and we are currently accepting homestays.
We registered because we would like to make use of the period when we don't have any guests and would like to interact with them through cooking!
The nearest station is Kojiya station, but if you get off at Honhaneda 1-chome by Keikyu bus, you can reach our house in 1 minute on foot!
We really like to interact with all kinds of people.
We currently live with my husband, a 6-year-old daughter, a 4-year-old son, and a 0-year-old son.
Let's have a good time!

Mika and Takuya are skillful teachers, very patient, not to mention cheerful and goofy and fun. Two thoroughly likable people with excellent cooking skills and warm hearts. This is the Airkitchen experience you want. I enjoyed myself thoroughly and am now ready to impress my gaijin friends back home with my tamagoyaki and takoyaki skills.
