Pickup from your hotel Drive to the Egyptian museum Located at Al-Tahrir square in the heart of Cairo. It is the largest of Egyptian antiquities museums all over the world. It allows the visitor to become acquainted with the antiquities of Egypt's Pharaonic periods. It houses around 250,000 antique pieces covering the whole history of ancient Egypt, which extends over the past thousand years. The exhibits of this museum are famous for their historical and artistic value. The most famous and exciting in this museum is the magnificent collection of " TutAnkhAmun ". There also stands a statue of Akhcna;on, the father of monotheism and another of NefertitL his wife.


The modus operandi of moussaka

First the ingredients
Roomi eggplant
bell pepper
Hot pepper
garlic
tomato juice
vinegar
cumin
salt
Potatoes as desired

Secondly, the method of preparing moussaka

1- Wash and peel the eggplant well, then cut it into rings.

2- Make sure to clean the pepper pods well and cut them into rings or longitudinal slices.

3- Bring the pan and heat the oil well until it is ready for frying. Place the eggplant slices and continue frying them until they take on a golden color.

4- Drain the eggplant from the oil using a flat plate with thick kitchen paper towels, and take into account placing the eggplant slices in a way that allows the oil to drain well.

5-Now fry the pepper in the same way as the eggplant, and drain it from the oil in the same way as the previous step.

6- If you want to add potatoes to the moussaka tray, peel them, cut them and fry them in the normal way.

7- Bring a tray and put a little oil, then put the garlic and wait until it takes a golden color.

8- Add a little vinegar, then put the tomato juice, put cumin, salt and nutmeg according to your desire, and wait until it matures and “curses” you.

9- Two minutes before the tomatoes are cooked, put the eggplant slices, peppers and potato fingers in the tray in an orderly manner, and leave them on the fire for 4 minutes.

10- You can put the tray in the oven for 3 minutes under the grill, or just settle it on the stove.
