The factory produces a wide variety of cold cuts, raw and cooked ham and other Modenese specialties. You will get to visit the entire factory, from the production to the tasting room. You will better understand the art of prosciutto making in Italy and all the work that goes into it.
After the guided tour, get ready to enter their Italian kitchen and learn how to cook the way Modena grandmas and moms do every day for their families, as Penelope Cruz did for the film Enzo Ferrari. Accompanied by an expert local chef, you will prepare tortellini, tortelloni and pappardelle using only fresh ingredients and zero-km products. You will also learn how to cook staple sauces in the Italian cuisine, sauces that made Emilia-Romagna so loved and representative on the culinary scene. The recipes are chosen by the chef according to the seasonality of the fresh products. You will learn how to cut, braise, boil, cook and roast.
