The factory produces a wide variety of cold cuts, raw and cooked ham and other Modenese specialties. You will get to visit the entire factory, from the production to the tasting room. Accompanied by an expert local chef, you will prepare tortellini, tortelloni and pappardelle using only fresh ingredients and zero-km products. The recipes are chosen by the chef according to the seasonality of the fresh products. You will learn how to cut, braise, boil, cook and roast.
