In this class you will learn how to prepare traditional Italian fresh pasta
First of all together we will choose the menu according to your tastes so that everyone is happy!
After we will prepare the basic doughs which can also include colored doughs with vegetables (green, red, black, blue, yellow pasta and so on)
After we will prepare the chosen sauces or they will cut the vegetables or the meats, I will also teach you how to use the knives.
We proceed with the cooking.
In the meantime, let's start preparing the pasta we have chosen
We will use electric laminators to roll out the sheets for the ravioli, decide the shape of the ravioli (round, square, crescent, heart, etc.) and press them again.
Let's continue with the preparation, for example, of tagliatelle by hand and by machine
If we will make the "corzetti" we will use the specific wooden instrument, if we will make the cavateli we will use the specific board and so on.
