Everyone loves this traditional Japanese dish. It requires few ingredients and no special cooking, but it is surprisingly difficult to make beautifully. This dish allows you to enjoy the taste of the ingredients. There are many variations, such as grilled onigiri.

Have you ever had really good miso soup? Miso, a traditional seasoning, and carefully prepared soup stock have an unforgettable taste.

Obanzai
A variety of small dishes to go with onigiri and miso soup. Popular side dishes such as kinpira gobo and pickles are made.

Omelette
Beautifully rolled eggs in layers add colour to the dining table. Try making omelettes in a square frying pan!
You can also make "dashi maki" with soup stock.

Common added ingredients are Tofu, Green onion and deep‐fried tofu but differs by personal preference. The type of miso is different from region. In western and Easter Japan white miso is mostly used.
